These terms govern your use of Raved, an app by Beat Labs FZE, Ajman, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By using Raved you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for activity under it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
What Raved is
Raved lets you save recommendations, organise them, and share them in groups. It's a personal organiser, not a professional, financial, or safety service.
Groups and your content
You own the recommendations you add. When you add content to a group, you grant the other members the ability to see it within that group, and you grant us the limited right to store and display it to deliver the feature. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms.
Purchases
Raved Pro is sold as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by those stores under their terms. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your store account; a lifetime purchase is one-time.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no automated scraping, no attempts to break security or disrupt other users.
Intellectual property
The Raved name, logo, design, and software are ours. Catalog data and cover art belong to their respective owners and are shown to help you identify titles.
Disclaimer & liability
Raved is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of data. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Termination
You can stop using Raved and delete your account anytime (Settings → Account → Delete account). We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
